Our dialogue has begun with our internal community and we are expanding to the community-at-large with invitations to attend focus group sessions, respond to surveys or send in your suggestions or feedback as to how we can better serve you and this community. The process is expected to be complete by the end of May with the final plan going for Board approval in June 2011 and dissemination to the community thereafter.
